I've become a lot more depressed and I've been isolating a ton more in the aftermath of the DV incident. I don't enjoy social interactions.. never have never will.. back when I was drinking heavily and doing substances I hated it too but i was more "relaxed".I'm hardly sleeping but when I do sleep it's for brief periods of time (maybe just a few hours here and there. Sometimes I do take a nap). I am becoming much more agitated with work and in regards to any sort of stress. I still feel very hypervigilant.. like for example, I sleep with my firearm in the cabinet right next to my bed. I also have my knife nearby. I have a routine that I do every night... I try to take a shower and then I try to sit and relax before bed. Sometimes it doesn't work and I end up getting very pissed or the pain seeps out of the fresh wounds. I may end up crying 😢 before bed. It's happening a bit more frequently now because it's getting closer and closer to my birthday. I just don't feel like I've accomplished very much. Yes I escaped a dangerous male (actually 2 dangerous ones... 😳 my other ex, the ones who is trans'd out and the current ex who attempted to kill me by strangling me). It seems like I'm not the issue here and these scum males are the fucking issue.... I reached out to my mom and one of my brothers but I kept it short with them. I don't want to talk about too much that's bothering me.

@chilady2022 How would social workers and public education organizers create atmospheres so boys don't turn out like this in the future and girls wont be victims?

@laureen @RageAgainstTheMan We need to get rid of all of the porn and anything that is making women viewed as only sexual objects and commodities. We are so much more than that.

@RageAgainstTheMan @chilady2022 We need a digital ban, and we need punishment for stores that operate porn. In 90s, boys were sneaking into porn booths to watch pornos.

@laureen @chilady2022 Honestly I don't know how to prevent it but I couldn't even avoid it( I just recently escaped my own nightmare for the third time). Don't raise a narcassist? Don't coddle them passed the age of 6? I don't know. Every child is different, similar circumstances can effect two people in entirely different ways 🤷🏻♀️ I'm not a psychologist tho, just a mom who's just trying to understand ykwim

@RageAgainstTheMan @laureen We need to teach boys that it's okay to communicate and cry too. I think oftentimes they don't have a good decent male role model and then they look up to other vile scum males and learn negative coping mechanisms from them and each other... They're all scum males.. all of them!!
