       #todayilearned that the @StartpageSearch #Privacy Protection #addon inserts HTML elements into every website, possibly for analytics #tracking on startpage.comFor example, here's the source code of https://example.org – first with the #Startpage addon installed, then without it.Notice the white block in the first image – it's a div element with the ID “chrome extension installed”. In the second image – after disabling the addon – it's gone.Consider using #uBlockOrigin instead.
