You need to get a /64, and then fuck with the router to make it actually acknowledge that, and then it works smooth as butter.

IIRC I'd managed to grab the prefix before it randomly unassigned (which it did ~30s after enabling every time), and set it manually and still wasn't enough; addresses were handed out but weren't functional. Probably lack of routing table or something. But then after that setting it back to auto-acquire it worked.Consumer routers are fucking garbage.

You can give every person in the world an address for the entire ip4 space and you would still be consuming less than the square root of ip6 addresses.

But I do it anyway, because if enough people join me they will. 1e-100000>0.And an ISP not offering ipv6 is something that can actually be fixed. There are still huge chunks unassigned, very easy to get a country's worth.An ISP not offering public ip4 to all its customers can't be fixed.
