@ArdainianRight @w @alex @elftummy I get what you’re saying, but fundamentally, the same type of people that will troon out are the same type of people that are ruining society in other ways. The trooning out is just an extreme form of that. I do know there’s people in there, but if you’ve hit becoming a tranny, you’ve gone too far on the indoctrination train and I’m not sure how many can come back from that (I am aware of detransitioners and I’m proud of them for realizing that they’re not trans but I also feel like a lot of them are suffering by their own admissions)

@rikkatakarada @w @alex @elftummy A lot of them are irredeemable, but there's also plenty of them who are just dumb kids who got suckered into this shit and deserve a shot at something better. I'm autistic and adjacent enough to a lot of this shit to feel for insecure kids and teens trying to navigate this shitshow, though I doubt I'd have ever actually trooned out in any potential version of my life because I have a pretty strong sense of self, I'm not willing to totally write off kids who aren't as strong and didn't have as much love and support as I had growing up.
