       @icare4america I guarantee there will be weather manipulation causing very deep early freezes this autumn - probably a lot farther south than normal too. Don't be surprised to see snow on the field for some SEC football games around harvest time.

       @waronmorons Sorry, I cannot agree the weather can be manipulated.  Do I think it might be a bad winter, possibly - Farmers almanac is saying it could be.  But we will not know for sure until spring 2023.  I used to love playing FB in the cold and  snow or watching snow games...

       @icare4america weather manipulation tech is openly admitted to exist by several governments - including our own. Not too long ago, the Chinese used it to control the conditions for one of the Olympics they hosted. We've been doing cloud-seeding in North America and Britain since the 50s.        @icare4america @waronmorons clouds can be seeded if they exist. So in certain circumstances weather can be tweaked.  But I think manipulated is too big of a word.

       @waronmorons I'm Familiar with all you mentioned...  I Just do not believe it.   At various times ive researched historical weather patterns going back hundreds of years..  We see nothing happening that differs from past patterns worldwide.. Even just the last 100 years.
