       I'm just strange I guess.  I moved to a rural area to get away from all the things that the people in the video were so excited about.  Screw being packed in a city.  St. Louis was bad enough, and a yearly contender for most violent city in the nation.  4k a month that is getting you zero equity in the property? Enjoy!  I'll own a house for a quarter of that a month and have it paid off in 15 years.
