@LouisConde i dont think this will be a thing.we have written accounts of how life in the old days was.but future historians will have painfully detailed information on everything since the internet became a thing.a lot of it will be lost, but also a shitton will be archived.and things like surviving gay barely, how the sausage is made, the tales of chris chan, and similar is guaranteed to survive on shockvalue alone.

@nugger @Victor_Emmanuel @LouisConde There are a lot but all of them are written by people who have never picked up a wrench or a hammer so they have MAJOR issues with missing the little stuff.For example, one I read recently has the beginning-to-end of making a solar panel from scratch, but doesn't have basic steel identification for repairing/replacing springs or "unimportant" stuff like how to or even why you would want to get rid of human shit and piss.Also, basic antibiotics. Not a single sentence in any book I've ever read.

@nugger @LouisConde That would help, but a book specifically dedicated to regaining access to computers would be better. You could get all the information in that book and much more if you could access the data banks, but post collapse people wouldn’t know what the black boxes are for. I also doubt the book goes into detail about how to build a usb or power outlet, which would be necessary for accessing computers.
