I can see why this guy is ahead in the PA polls. He has some great qualifications:1. He had a stroke and is barely coherent. So he is every bit as qualified as biden.2. He is a parasite and mooched off of his parents until well into his 40s. So he is very qualified to mooch off of tax payers.3. He is sporting a huge set of man boobs.
