@xerz @pine64eu Pine64 != Pine64EU. Although they share a comparable name, they're a different company entirely. Pine64 doesn't offer choice in distro, Pine64EU does.

@xerz @pine64eu @bart My guess at explaining this: Pine64 ships directly from the factory and the factory will only deal with installing one image for each batch. I'd imagine it would be logistically hard for the factory to match customer orders for an image to individual devices in a manufacturing batch. Pine64EU gets the devices after the factory, where there's an opportunity for reflashing before it is shipped to the end user.
