       @kdeWell no, I wanted to use KDE applications (Specifically Tokodon)There are flatpak options, but not any PPAs for use with one of the biggest distribution families out there.@Kubuntu even has a big backports PPA, but nothing with just the applications.I understand the burden of maintaining PPAs, but flatpak and especially snap is not very nice for the end user( increased size and questionable surveillance properties ).When having a list of apps, why not PPA?

       @ami @Kubuntu I am afraid to inform you that packaging applications for specific distros falls squarely under the  purview of the distro maintainers.KDE provides source code, and often distro-independent packages (like flatpaks, AppImages, Snaps...), in case the distro of your choice does not package the app you are looking for.
