@web3isgreat Disclaimer or no disclaimer, wouldn't "dirtbag influencer" reflect the writer's opinion and as such enjoy the full protections offered by the 1st Amendment?

@web3isgreat I'm not a lawyer, but at least the parts quoted here look more like opinion than factual claims to me. Plus you could argue that a social media influencer is a "public figure", which makes defamation harder to prove.
