There are many in the Bible that have been referred to as "an angel of the Lord" and this has been both celestial beings and men, as prophets.Even Jesus ate when he came back from the dead, in another form (end of Mark) and ascended directly to heaven. Plus, the Bible talks a about feasting in heaven. There's no reason to think angels wouldn't eat.
