@chip I just did. I like your recipe most from what I saw.Every summer a friend usually drops off 2 bags of tomatoes at different times in the season. This year Nada. Maybe they didn’t plant it it was a bad harvest. It would be extra scrumptious with garden tomatoes.

@Jaime someone gave me a couple tomatoes..so immediately my brain went back to Nice France, where i first hed this dish. They used ground veal. It can also go without meat,,,ad just an herd'ed stuffing.

@Jaime i also added some crushed fennel seeds...for an added bonus. you can also spash a little white wine or vermouth in the baking dish. I's do heavy on herbs, what ever you do.

@Jaime Herbes de Provence is an aromatic mixture of dried Provençal herbs and spices, which traditionally includes thyme, basil, rosemary, tarragon, savory, marjoram, oregano, and bay leaf.

@chip I grew several different herbs. I’m not a fan of a few listed. I’ll probably go with basil, oregano I planted Italian and Greek. I’ll also use rosemary, parsley, garlic and might try the crushed fennel.Cube some crusty bread and add a bit of the wine not to much.Almist forgot ground beef. Too it off with mozzarella.🤷‍♀️
