       @genewitch@fediverse.projectftm.com @0@husk.site i just dont want to spend 35k on something that i can only use a regular car loan to buy (or spending 35k outright) to get something that depreciates in value worse than a regular conventional home, especially considering its going to be the single biggest purchase/investment with my moneyi might already have too much stuff for a single or maybe even a double wide lole 🥴🥴
