Excessive sleep and poor body conditioning. Do cardio/swimming.I don't know about your diet but I'm guessing carb heavy?

Lmao you know what you eat, if you're stuffing down potatoes and bread and sugary liquids, and lots of caffeine stimulants on top of that you aren't going to be well energized, just...functional (as well as having a massive calorie surplus)

@mushroom_soup you're oversleeping on the weekends, and it'll screw you up for the rest of the week. Long sleeps like that usually end up making us more tired, ironically

@mushroom_soup also, a contributing factor in poor sleep is often spending time in bed outside of sleep and sex. The bed is comfy, and inviting to spend time scrolling, and whatnot, but it ends up fucking up our sleep. Bed for sleep and sex, only, makes a big difference in our ability to get to sleep, and the quality of that sleep

@JackuuIf she workin 5 days a week and only getting 6 hours 5 days, the 13 hours (probabaly exaggerated) on the other two is not excessive sleep, its catchup.
