       Been trying to debug the weirdest and most wildly inconsistent network problem I've ever seen on my phone. I suspect it's related to VPN usage and the recent Android 13 upgrade. Hopefully not since I don't want to go through the trouble of factory resetting.But if there's one thing I've learned it's that network issues can always be DNS, no matter how weird.
