@Sophistifunk you can't eat them directly, but can cook and make a juice or syrup from them which is very tasty. taste is sweet-sour with a slight note of smoke, imo. it's a classic drink for the winter here, usually heated.

@SophistifunkHave eaten them raw in very small quantities. And if you take the time, you could probably train your body to coup with large quantities as well.@bonifartius
