       No "a" on NAS. I added "a" on ITMslaves after the server crashed and I had to reregister and I didn't want to get an error trying to register for an existing account.

       I understand. I'm saying, what was the alias you made under the Move to another account setting on NAS? That was the first step before you can migrate an account.

       OK so on NAS you're putting in your username here with the a?then back on ITM Slaves you're putting in your new username on NAS without the a? On ITM Slaves make sure you put a leading @ before you type in the username. Seems like that's not necessary on the NAS side.
