       @blinry I like the renewable energy in general, just not the PV farms shooting up in the fields all over the place. They belong on buildings, not in nature.

       @blinry @gwenn Yes. There's is a fairly convoluted zoning system under the surface which has been in place for probably 60 years. It's still there, but hidden, and when you "check in and check out" you are basically confirming to the central transport authority that you are a customer to a particular bussing or traffic company, which then get paid. How much you are charged depends on form of transport and whether it is in the rush hour or not, stuff like that.
