       Game idea: A management simulator rougelike that stimulates what it's like to be a professional software engineer.It would be somewhat humorous, giving the player a variety of alternative approaches to what you're supposed to be doing, and also having to deal with mostly realistic bureaucratic obstacles, interpersonal conflicts, and incoming messes that need to be dealt with.

       @allinone0 I was thinking specifically simulating software development. IT work is different.The closest I've seen is the game "While True: Learn", but that game has a lot of emphasis on the puzzles (which are actually very accurate representations real development/data science work, because they were inspired by real problems).My concept would be more about the intersection of real work with office politics, and it'd be more random (instead of the curated puzzles from While True: Learn).
