@notrubix Indeed. Their art style itself isn’t bad, it’s just the other things that make me not like The whole package: Unnecessary thiccening, ruining the character’s original character, and overall bullshittin like this. Of course tho you can’t expect her to change her whole image just because a couple of unimportant dudes on a niche side of the doesn’t like what she does. Same goes for any big artist on Twitter. They’ll do what the vast majority of their audience is looking for, even when it’s unappealing stuff like this.

@notrubix Indeed. That’s why I don’t like thiccening for nearly any artist in practice. Unnecessary thiccening on characters who don’t need all that much of it.

@Cayhr @notrubix As an example, there is one Love Live artist that draws all the characters thiccened up, but I don’t mind it with them because they still put the actual characters of the girls first instead of just changing their personalities in or to fit their porn scenario. There are a few artists out there that can thiccening up work for me, and TWAQ is not one of them.

@Cayhr @notrubix Also this same mindset also applies to official redesigns as well. I’m still mad upset at Rooster Teeth for giving Weiss tits almost as big as Yang’s for pretty much no reason. It goes against her whole character as an agile fighter who moves like a ballerina. Well, moved because they decided switch up her fighting style to look like a weak ass magic user. Likely due to the fact that they couldn’t be bothered to animate her old style anymore because they are lazy.
