       Coworker: Client1 is saying they didn't receive our file.Me: Hm, we'll I can see in the logs that the file was created, encrypted, and picked up by them from our SFTP server.Coworker: So, why didn't they receive the file if they picked it up?Me: ....Me: ....Me: (in my head and not out loud yet) HOW THE $%&@# should I know???Me: You'd have to ask someone on their team what processes they have in place to handle those files.

       @mike I get this all the time too. Like I’m supposed to know the answer in regards to another company’s process or lazy employee 🙈

       @mike I've had this issue my entire career. It is so frustrating. What shocks me more is some statement will be made that I have entire access to their remote computer. Why on earth would I want that and are you crazy... think of security and privacy people 😏 .
