       Ok I bought an board kit. Once I have the test lights on the bread board communicating with OBS WebSockets, I'll look at my LED options for what I want in production.I need the following information in lights: Recording, Live, and Unmuted.Probably a white light if OBS is on and the device connected to the WebSocket. Maybe a yellow light if I'm recording but am not live. Then I need some way to communicate live+recording, live-recording, and live/recording when muted.

       Now that I think about it, I can probably use two lights.- Yellow / Red / Blinking Red for Recording / Live / Live Only.- Off / Blinking White for Unmuted / Muted.- Two steady Whites if OBS is found.This can be put on an LED strip and alternated. It makes sense in that pattern as well.

       @josh I fucking love the idea of you sitting in front of a bunch of lights and switches that only exist to let you know when your mic is off. Green: LiveYellow: OBS on but physically offOrange: Mic on but disabled by OBSRed: OBS mic off and physically offPurple: Camera onPink: Camera on pants offHave a light for the audience to know too, just so we can yell at you when you aren't looking at the lights.

       @josh Buy a set of fridge magnet letters, place them on some clear plastic and use them to stencil out words such as recording, muted etc. Then build them into a shelved box and just put the lights behind them.

       @josh You should learn how to design 3D objects using CAD. Then you could 3D print anything you wanted.
