       Prepper tip:Aldi has Wild Caught Sardines in water for $1.09 for a 3.75 oz can. That's $4.65/lb, which is about as good as you can do for any animal protein right now.Plus, it's basically an organic food. No GMO feed, no animal cruelty. It's spring water so it doesn't even have any flouride!Mercury is always a concern with any fish, but sardines are going to be near the bottom of the list. Tuna can get the fuck out, no one should be eating lots of tuna.
