       @General_Ursus If it was one you could maybe make an argument that Ukraine has the authority over their land but it’s Donetsk Luhansk and Crimea that all want out. Serious problems internally for Ukraine when their territory would rather be part of Russia.

       @HuskyDog21 Russia suggested Oblast by Oblast referendums. They could be internationally monitored. Russian locals would easily win Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk as you said. Then Russia would really have no justification for war.
