       I think I want to create a database of all the commercial purse seiners in South East Alaska. It would have a description of the ship for identification, the owners name, the operators name, the company they fish for. The website would have links to various agencies to report them(NOAA, Alaska Department of Fish and Game, State Troopers, Coast Guard, Canadian Boarder Guard, etc)I'm tired of these bastards killing marine life just so their is less competition, or fewer nuisances.The amount of accountability on the water is almost 0.If these people get away with it regularly you can only imagine what happens on the trawlers and long liners.
