Phase 2 starts right away with paving work nearly done! Involves a slight redirection of the ending portions of CS1 phase 2 as well.In the meantime, the reference 85th-percentile speed dropped from 12m/s to 6m/s, which means way more junctions now satisfy the 5-second-eye-contact rule and are eligible for yield signs. Curb radii doubling the width of the road at junctions have also been OK'ed, aka fast turning pads at more places! All that will be implemented soon.#minetest

CS3 between Nervhalawu and Tavalas, along with the southernmost section of CS2, is now open - connecting the only other town in this region.The roads will continue in order to connect with towns in other regions.#minetest

And CS3 is now open all the way to the region's border! I also triggered mapgen past the other side (tip: ALWAYS trigger a backup before exploring somewhere on the edge of the explored area!) so I can build the last segment with confidence.#minetest

After a decision was made to reroute the AML to avoid digging through a hill, the stock movement bridge was rebuilt and the signalling for the southern end of the complex was completed!#minetest
