@grischa Because I decide to use SourceHut as the platform to keep working on Husky, but email seems to be a burden for people and after a year I'm done dealing with that.Happy for see people still like it. @a1ba did all the previous work, I just did one thing here and there.

@captainepoch thanks! And the links are a deep read on the state of voluntary #foss development. I am greatful for you reply. I still wonder how we can protect maintainers like you. Writing code is different from coping with mainstream entitlement coming from spy-on-me/feed-on-me apps. Data trading feeds on the souls. I'd like tech to be empowering, not entiteling.

It's not like FOSS maintainers need protection from anything, just that people tend to think they have the right to order you stuff just because you're working on something, or at least that's my impression.My main problem was the choice of SourceHut over a GitHub-like platform. My theory is that: - If I had chosen GitHub, some people would've complained that it's not a FOSS platform, but nevertheless, they would've submited bug reports and such stuff. - If I had chosen GitLab, Codeberg or a Gitea instance, same but maybe complaining about having to make an account. Nevertheless.But choosing SourceHut meant using the email for communication. Plaintext email, with no attachments (as a traditional mailist works).So, my understanding is: you're getting an app for free, no charge, not even donations (never asked for a single donation), and in return I only asked to send stuff over email. I think it's a fair price to pay.But, apparently, SourceHut users make everything unberable, instead.So there, you have my perspective of the situation.
