       @Tika @tomxcd @root I highly reccomend getting an extension manager extension so you can quickly turn off extensions. close all your tabs except for a new tab, open up the task manager by right clicking the titlebar, then restart your browser and wait a minute, any extension that's running in the background all the time should be purged unless it's essential.

       @Tika @root @tomxcd I consider any extension that runs in the background all the time to be suspicious unless it has a reason to be running all the time.

       @Tika @tomxcd @root that's a problem. at any time, resources being taken up is potentially resources that could be towards something else. I use a tab discarder to discard tabs I'm not actively using as to not waste ram and CPU cycles.
