@catswhocode What about this one!Since bank account interest rates where below 0, customers gotta pay for having money at the bank. But.... Also foundations like Doctors without Borders, the Red Cross etc etc who in general keep a lot of money on hand just in case.In the past year(s) they had to pay MILLION to the fucking back for just having their money there. Money we donate to them..It's fucking insane. I never ever donate to a thing but instead do it myself

@stux Oh, that can be challenging to start from scratch, is all. I think I told you, my full time job is at a nonprofit? (I.e. we get by on donations and grants.) I find it difficult to start a business from scratch.

@stux I had exactly the same thought. That's how you do business. A 0.01% rise in production cost apparently leads to a 10% increase in sales price. Or more people drink because they're depressed about war, contagious viruses, inflation and Taylor Swift. Either way it's a win for Heineken.

Poor money management on DWB and RC. They should have moved their money to a bank not charging negative interest. Not every bank was charging negative interest!

@stux if I'm not mistaken, it's because said banks had to deposit part of that money at ECB as collateral to comply with Basel III and pay ECB for that (negative interest rate on the deposit facility) @catswhocode
