       @14point88niggawatts You are going to want to build 130 lbs of muscle then, you will still have loose skin, but not as bad and you wont rubber band back. The body likes to maintain its weight; the best long term approach is to build up the quantity and quality of your muscle mass.

       @jdslyd I’ve had my first rest day in months yesterday. Doing mostly body weight, some dumbbell presses and squats, calisthenics, yoga, stretching, and taekwondo catas. My eating habits have changed drastically, I’m eating more vegetables and fruits and eggs every day and much less starch and sugar. I still get carbs. Just making lots of healthier choices. I’m busting my ass every day at 4 am for months. My body, nobody, is meant to weigh 320, unless you’re like 7’5”. That’s ludicrous. My body doesn’t want to maintain 320 I don’t want to. Fuck that sound.yeah l, I don’t look perfect, but im In shape so I can run around with my kids, or fit in a plate carrier.Your point of needing to build more muscle is correct, and I am filling out nicely, slow and steady.

       @14point88niggawatts Hopeioum doesn't tend to fix issues, that said I'm not trying to be negative. I would agree that 320 is going to be hard on your frame ( I am assuming average height around 6' )  A hard swing like that can cause a huge swing-back, I do hope you stay focused and keep the positive motivations like playing with your kids in mind. good job on taking off the pounds.

       @jdslyd Assuming we have the same goals was an incorrect assumption. I’ve clearly got a good thing going now for the past couple years. I’ve got no clue what “issues” you’re talking about.  I’m not a body builder, I’m a dude trying to be fit. I’m older than most on here, my concerns are more mobility and health than looking like greek marble, it is nice to look better though. And I’m really self conscious about the loose skin, cause it’s pretty gross. But, hey, if you get off on being a useless cunt, that has to criticize others, instead of building something yourself, go right ahead and continue being miserable.
