Transgender ideology is ruining this world.A small minority of mentally ill is being normalized.And then those who are not mentally ill, i.e. suffering from gender dsyphoria, are being affirmed by the traits they have. An example, my mom was a tomboy but her parents didn't force her to transition to a boy because of that, nowadays they would have had you lived in the progressive west.This is wrong, really wrong.

It has become so mainstream one has to wonder what environmental factors have caused such wide spread gender dysphoria. I am reminded of experiments with over crowded rats, perhaps the same forces act upon humans.

@deavmi it's really not wrong, though. Nor is an understanding of trans people new. A small demographic of people that just want to live their lives are being targeted by an entire fascist political party, and it makes our lives very risky and our rights are actively being taken away...

@admin @deavmi I mean... No. What I'd really like is for people to stop trying to tell me where I can and cannot use the restroom, or stop trying to ban me from sports. Or stop trying to ban my hormone therapy. I don't care if y'all understand what it's like to be trans, but yeah it's basic respect to those around you to call them the pronouns and name they want to be called. @admin @deavmi the problem is that you're defining reality as well, genitalia. Which not only isn't the only way that we determine biological sex, but genitalia is irrelevant to social behavior. Don't know the chromosomes or genitals of all the people that you interact with, you make decisions on how to treat them without that knowledge.

We don't try to cram ourselves into clothes that are too small or apply for modeling jobs or enter basketball tryouts. And yet we can be happy in life, because we don't define ourselves by what we are not. But for whatever reason trans people are an exception. They get to be whatever they want to be and society has to play along. It's Emperor's New Clothes with a modern twist.And for what? Does it make you happy to play this role?
