       Lunchtime ride, 40km, with a stop by the vet office for my friend to pick up dog meds so I got some dog pats in. The high point was chasing down/passing an ebike, after which I'm so tired I'm going to spend the afternoon at quite reduced capacity.  At least it was only like 32C today. Yesterday was brutally hot.

       It's not the heat, it's the humidity.And also the blazing sun exposure. Don't know if that's happening where you are too.

       @nina @stefani we have all the sun but thankfully usually under 20% humidity.  Plus lots of air cooling!

       @smellsofbikes @nina Seattle summer humidity is also low, but I'm finding that age is also a factor. Today, it is 33C here and I don't want to be outside if i can avoid it.
