@cregox I do have more details in the thread and I've been recording my coding and plan to make a video, but I have hit a snag and the videos aren't saving right 😅 so I'm waiting for someone to answer me on SO or for me to have an idea to fix it

video works on my computer, sound and all (although the sound and video aren't *quite* synced), but the files downloaded on my phone won't play? and considering my computer camera works anyway (it's just a shit quality camera), this isn't really helpful lol

update: emailed myself one of the videos I took on my phone and it does play on my computer so? I guess successful? although I do wonder why it's not playing on my phone

I think the video saves without a length, bc it won't play on my phone, my video editing software registers it as a 0 second long video no matter the actual length, and my computer plays it but the length bar is infinite (so the thing never moves in progress even when the video is playing and the time in the video is updating)

okay so hopefully I'll figure out how to fix it in the code itself (if it's a problem with my code and not just how things are right now), but for now I've found a way to fix the videos so I do in a roundabout way have a working camera now!
