       @stux I can highly recommend a standing desk. Shortly after I bought one my back pain was gone. I always have to force myself to use it, though.

       @stux I have a feeling it's an ergonomic issue. The way you sit and things (keyboard, mouse, chair, keyboard) might be out of alignment so that might be the problem

       @stux Sounds like you need to improve your workstation. Split, tented keyboard would be a good start.
