@stux this is "not all cops" coming from a Black person. every cop is complicit. every cop went out there in riot gear. they didn't do it by accident, and they weren't born that way.

@stux the issue here is that the police responds to orders from the state, hence they don't act as an individual (as a black or white guy does). So the analogy is wrong.Then, the issue is that the police protects the status quo by whoever is in power. To put an example here why this is a problem, the law not so long ago allowed slavery, and this was only possible by the forces answering this law. Another example is same sex relationships. If next day a law is passed that allows slavery or forbids same sex relationships, the cops would be there protecting these laws.

@stux And thanks to generalization, we've parties like VOX, Liga Norte, Fidesz, Republican Party... Not all cops are bastards, despite some of them are, and not all black people are criminals, despite some of them are. And that's the same to everybody. A bunch of assholes doesn't become all of us into assholes. So, next time, when you see an asshole... act against that asshole, not against a whole collective.

@stux This is very wrong. Cops not being human is not the reason why they are opposed. They are opposed because they serve a system which deports people, kills people because they are black or mentally ill and where they can not be held accountable. Even a cop who never did something like this is part of the system that enables it.
