       It's fucking pathetic that most companies that still force you to call to talk to someone in support STILL don't offer the option for a callback and ALSO force you to listen to really shitty elevator music that is staticky, and then also interrupt every minute or so "All our agents are busy, calls will be answered in priority sequence, an agent *will* be with you shortly"JUST DONT INTERRUPT, GIVE ME A CALL BACK, STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME!

       @g It would be wasteful if they had phone support people twiddling their thumbs all day long when load isn't as high, so I understand a bit of wait. But waiting while being tortured? 😠

       @brandon sometimes I would pay a company more to have too many phone support people waiting around, rather than I having to wait..With one company I have repetitively call I know about the best day of the week and best time frame to call them so they usually pick up quickly (and the call lasts less than 2 mins),
