All web frameworks suck. I wish to find a job outside of web, something where I would not need to use sql, templates and other web technologies. But I dunno how to make that switch, maybe I should learn C(++).

@w96k Python, Golang -- become a DevOps engineer... it's more operations, but can't say I use very many web techs.

@ekaitz_zarraga Would be cool. I think I struggle the most not with the language, but with its tooling. Like what programs are being used to build something, what programs are being used to debug, profile, lint and so on. Somehow I think that C in that regard is the most confusing language. I have basic knowledge about C building process and some of its tools, but haven't used them to build my own software.

@w96k prepare a set of questions or things about the language (it can be everything) and send me an email. I can answer to that in a video or a long email.Do it, don't be shy!

@jeko The problem is, it is hard for me to be happy at work. I probably don't like any hired work, I have problems with executing other people orders. It is demotivating to think that I'm kinda obeying to someone because I want to get money for a living and all work relationship always feels unnatural. At least what I want to achive to "suffer" less at work.. At least I'm not forced to work as non-programmer, because salaries are very low for non programmers in my area.

@w96k @jeko believe me when I say I know how you feel.I self employed 5 years ago and it was the best decision I ever did to improve that *feeling*. BUT i don't earn the same amount of money (not even near)... also... I'm not sure if coding is what I want to do for a living and I think I'm a little bit older than you are. Probably I'll never know.I still need to earn money and have to deal with all the uncertainties of being self employed. Sometimes it's better, but sometimes it's not.

@krevedkokun Lately I think that Clojure might be the only sane choice for web development
