Alright we made... 🔥🔥Breakfast (3x): chia seed pudding with almond milk, protein powder and blueberries.Lunch (3x): lettuce with grilled sweet potato, cherry tomatoes and grilled mushrooms.Dinner (3x): jackfruit in a tomato sauce with spices, topped with charred kale, and a side of pearl couscous with grilled red peppers and peas.Snacks (3x): banana.Miscellaneous: 2 portions of couscous+peas. Not sure what I'm going to do with that. Also a whole container of blueberries. Muffins maybe?

@gnomon i'm not sure yet, havent tasted it. I've made it with bbq sauce before with tacos, but this time the challenge was to use all the leftovers in my fridge. So I fried some garlic and onion, threw in a can of diced tomatoes, some cinnamon, cumin, smoked paprika and chili powder + salt and pepper. It smelled good, we'll see tomorrow 😅
