       Morning everyone, doing a bit of Acorn Electron restoration today.Take this filthy beast that has been left in a, so-called , dry garage. Keyboard,ribbon connector and modulator taking the brunt of the "dry" conditions.

       Some of the keys were dead or intermittent so a nice bath of vinegar and salt for a couple of minutes will sort them out.

       Added sound to the RGB/SCART by disconnecting the UHF modulator and using its socket for sound output.

       I will need to build a cable to load software from a laptop or phone to satisfy @proactiveservices need to see Chuckie Egg running on this little old machine. Unfortunately not today as it's roasting in the loft.

       I remember playing this game to death BITD but this must be the first time I have seen it in colour as my old Electron only had a B&W TV. Any guesses to what it is?  #retrocomputing
