@amerika I've heard about problems being caused when staff members are accused of 'misgendering' or women complain about men being in the women's toilets. Some employers have admitted to discarding CVs with pronouns in them. I mentioned here before about a case in the UK where an AGP (cross-dresser) caused so many problems at work, they had to let him use the women's facilities to shut him up. He then complained to HR because the women refused to use the loo he had access to, and went to another floor instead. He actually wanted them to make the women use that particular bathroom.

These people are walking lawsuits that will be paid out in order to avoid the publicity.They will manage this how they have managed affirmative action, namely doing as many internal hires as they can after publishing a job description that thousands apply to and none of them get it.A sad game.
