For a device that my employer owns, and with the AppleCare for Enterprise service that we pay insane amounts for, you cannot get a device's activation lock removed without providing proof of purchase.Regardless of the fact that in Apple Business Manager we can assign an MDM and force the user to install management profiles when they set up the computer, and basically do whatever we want with the device otherwise.I feel like this is dumb?

@rridley I didn't know Apple had an MDMI know they've got ABM, but that's usually used to just assign an MDM serverWe've used Ivanti and Intune thus far, both have their pros and cons for macOS devices
