@rs1linuxtools kde-connect. It has a lot of other nice features, but this one is the one I actively use the most.

@rs1linuxtoolsI use kde's clipboard manager's "show QR code" for PC to phone, and "share link via KDE connect" to open links from the phone to the PC. I did not find other use cases for phone to PC.
