       @Gina That's why I use \LaTeX{} on GNU/Linux myself.If you really "must" use windows, I recommend libreoffice, as it doesn't have such stupidity.

       @Gina this reminds me of those illuminated people that still use Wordstar on DOS for their daily productivity. I think we nailed peak document editing in the late 90s/early 2000s and regressed since then.😅
