@deathpanels @Therealdcgirl Didn't SCOTUS say that the decision needed to be decided by elected officials not an unelected Supreme Court? I guess it could be argued that he is an elected official so it is legal.I don't know. I haven't read the opinion because I don't care. Its not a top concern.I'm really, really tired of EOs. We are no longer ruled by laws made by Congress but edicts handed down by the current President which will be overturned by the next one.
