       @KurtA @TwistedEagle Or if there had been a background check on the 18 year old known to the FBI?Here's the problem they have. Many of these happen in areas with the laws they want to be federal. If the laws work, they failed here. Either because the law doesn't really stop someone inherently (doesn't actually stop as advertised because of substitutes or alternatives) OR the law in practice won't (incompetency). They tout these but then don't really talk about policy.
