       Cakes stage 2: 300ml of cream+300g of 80% cocoa solid chocolate ganache spread over those cakes; I've split them so each half has half the chocolate cake and half the coffee cake, sandwhiched with apricot jam.(I'd originally thought of this as a 4 layer cake, but it would have turned out way too thick).  My spreading skills need some work.
