       I intend to grow some grain like rye or barely in the fall with the intention of soil improvement but not sure if I need to mulch it or just leave it to decompose

       @laconicif Would be good to know. I have considered whether to grow grain but I've never done it. Hopefully there will be someone else on here who has and can help there. Let me know how it goes.
