@seleaThe houses I saw in Norway (and I think Sweden is similar in that matter) are quite well isolated from outside.So keep everything closed, and cover windows with cardboard: you won't find anything cheaper and more isolating. Cardboard should be placed in the outer side of the house.Don't forget to slap the next climate change denialist you find
