       @stux I wonder what's in it!  I had such a rub once in the Frankfurt airport. I don't recall if it was good or not. Just that I was glad to have eaten it

       @stux It's a dry rub, so you rub the spices on all sides of the meat before cooking it on a grill or (seeing as grills are probably uncommon there) a drying pan). KC barbecue ranges from pretty good to amazing depending on the restaurant. Jack Stacks was pretty good depending on what you got but Q39 left me weak in the knees@caranmegil
